Dennis has had extensive and varied experience over a 40 year period in providing professional advice in business recovery and turnaround, voluntary administration, liquidation and bankruptcy processes acting on behalf of numerous business sectors including mining services companies, hotel and motel businesses, transportation service companies, small business and individuals across Queensland.

Dennis has a Bachelor of Commerce and holds professional registrations as a Registered Liquidator, Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy, and Kaplan Professional – FIN 224 Applied Valuations. As well as his professional membership with Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA), Dennis also is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ)

Dennis also gained appointments serving as a Director of Mater Hospital Townsville, Chairman Body Corporate Villa Leanda, Chairman 100 club Brothers Rugby Union Townsville and as a Member of Headspace.
