Professional Support Officer in Brisbane

 

 

The Role

We are looking for someone to join our Brisbane office, located in the city. A typical day will include a wide variety of activities, predominantly providing administrative support. Your duties will include:

  • insolvency appointment creation and maintenance;
  • preparation of standard appointment notification letters and other standard letters;
  • general operation of MYOB Insolvency, which includes data processing and generating precedent templates;
  • conduct searches on companies and individuals;
  • preparation and lodgement of BAS for insolvency appointments;
  • preparation and monitoring of ASIC statutory lodgements;
  • additional administrative duties where required.;

Skills, qualification and experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • strong time management skills and attention to detail;
  • previous experience in providing administrative support;
  • ability to prioritise your workload and keep multiple tasks moving forward in a fast paced environment;
  • effective and professional communication skills;
  • ability to adapt and willingness to learn;
  • experience using MYOB Insolvency or MYOB suite is advantageous;
