Some key projects which Brett has worked on include the following:

• Recovering substantial funds from bankrupts which were misappropriated from their employer over an extensive period. This also involved tracing the misappropriated transactions through multiple intermediaries to maximise potential recoveries and to assist in criminal proceedings against the bankrupts, which resulted in their successful prosecution and imprisonment.
• Identification and temporary re-employment of critical staff of a large, Australian based caravan manufacturer which allowed expeditious completion of several partially manufactured caravans. This required relocation to northern NSW for a fortnight to oversee the manufacturing process and to allow inspection of the stock and business by interested parties.
• Successful recoveries of voidable transactions in both corporate and personal insolvency appointment.
