Ways to provide feedback
Whether you wish to register a compliment, suggestion or complaint about a particular insolvency job, individual or internal department at SV Partners there are a number of ways to get in contact with us via phone, email or feedback form.

Whistleblower Policy
SV Partners is committed to cultivating a culture of transparent and ethical behaviour through our SV Partners Group values – Respect, Service, Teamwork. You can access the SV Partners Whistleblower policy here.
SV Partners provides access to an independent whistleblower reporting service operated by Sonder. The service is available to current and former employees, contractors, suppliers, consultants, clients and other eligible disclosers. Reports can be made anonymously where permitted by law.
How to Make a Whistleblower Disclosure
If you wish to report suspected misconduct:
- Visit the Sonder Whistleblower Platform
- Complete the online disclosure form.
- Choose whether to identify yourself or remain anonymous.
- Submit supporting information where available.
- Sonder will securely record your disclosure and facilitate referral for assessment and investigation.
Whistleblower disclosures may be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
