- Successfully voided the transfer of property to a spouse and shareholdings and conducted public examinations of various individuals. This bankruptcy received media interest mainly due to the well-known individual involved and his affairs.
- Liquidation of construction companies requiring recovery of outstanding progress claims and retentions.
- Sale of multiple businesses in a variety of industries.
- Successfully recovered a preference payment in the amount of $2.6 million against the Australian Taxation Office.
- Liquidation of a wholesale wine distributer where we successfully sold stock back to the suppliers who did not have valid retention of title registrations. The stock was sold for market value so as to not flood the market by way of auction.
