Lorraine is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years consulting experience specialising in all forms of Corporate and Personal Insolvency administrations, having worked nationally across a broad range of industries.  Lorraine has previously held the positions of Partner at KordaMentha and Account Director at Deloitte and acted as Liquidator, Receiver and Manager or Voluntary Administrator. She has conducted business investigations, strategic reviews, development and implementation of strategic, financial and operational reconstructions and the trading on and sale of businesses.  Lorraine brings strategic leadership, personal ethics and effective stakeholder engagement to complex negotiations and outcomes.
