Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at SV Partners Insolvency (NSW), Level 7, 151 Castlereagh Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000 on Wednesday, 19 November 2014 at 10:00AM.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider and vote on the following resolutions:
- To resolve whether the deed of company arrangement should be varied and resolve the contents of such variations.
- To consider the approval of the remuneration of the deed administrators.
- General business.
