Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at SV Partners, Level 7, 151 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW on Wednesday, 29 April 2015 to commence at 11:00AM.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider and vote on the following resolutions:
- Consider the report of the Deed Administrator.
- To resolve whether the deed of company arrangement should be varied and resolve the contents of such variations.
- To consider the approval of the remuneration of the liquidator on the appointment.
- General business.
