The Administrators are seeking Expressions of Interest for offers to Purchase the entire business as a going concern on an “as-is, where-is” basis, which includes the following:
- Approximately 200 items of plant and equipment, plus furniture, consumables and workshop items.
- Refinance of existing finance agreements for plant and equipment.
- Standing workforce of approximately 40 employees.
