Holmescon is a Melbourne-based domestic and insurance carpentry company. Holmescon specialises in high end domestic Architectural projects including alterations and additions to properties, new homes and also specializes in insurance associated building works.
Michael Carrafa and Fabian Kane Micheletto as Joint and Several Administrators Holmescon, seek urgent expressions of interest in either the acquisition of Holmescon assets or purchase of the business as a going concern.
Key investment opportunities include:
- Intellectual Property, including the trading name;
- Information regarding the employees and employment costs of the business (subject to employees’ consent and relevant privacy legislation)
- Customer / client agreements (subject to commercial sensitiveness and assignment)
- Customer database (subject to commercial sensitiveness and consent of the customers)
- Plant and Equipment (subject to financiers’ consent)
- Leasehold Premises (subject to landlord consent).
Expressions of Interest are required by close of business on Friday, 1 September 2023.
Further information will be available to interested parties after execution of a Deed of Confidentiality and Indemnity, and payment of a non-refundable deposit of $2,500.
