Whitlock Bull Bars Pty Ltd (Whitlock) is a Victorian-based manufacturer of premium truck bull bars and vehicle protection systems.
Established in 2005, Whitlock has built a strong reputation within the Australian transport industry for the design, manufacture and installation of ADR-compliant truck bull bars and protection systems.
Michael Carrafa and Peter Gountzos, as the appointed Joint and Several Administrators of Whitlock, seek urgent expressions of interest in either the acquisition of Whitlock’s assets and/or purchase of the business as a going concern.
Key investment opportunities include:
- Established and recognised “Whitlock Bull Bars” brand;
- Intellectual property, designs and product specifications;
- Extensive product catalogue, including more than 1,200 custom bull bar designs;
- Plant and equipment, stock and work in progress (subject to security interests)
- Experienced workforce (subject to employee agreement); and
- Operating premises at Noble Park, Victoria (subject to landlord consent).
