ANC Enterprises is a Melbourne based developer, contract manufacturer and wholesaler of packaging, skincare, hair & beauty, sports and nutritional supplement products.
Michael Carrafa and Fabian Kane Micheletto as Joint and Several Administrators of ANC Enterprises, seek urgent expressions of interest in either the acquisition of ANC Enterprises assets or purchase of the business as a going concern.
Key investment opportunities include:
- Stock at valuation and work in progress;
- Intellectual Property, including trademarks, trading names, and company website, www.ancenterprises.com.au
- Experienced existing workforce
- Customer information (subject to privacy laws)
- Plant and Equipment (subject to security interests)
- Braeside Victoria leasehold premises (subject to landlord consent)
Expressions of Interest are required by close of business on 25 June 2024.
