Peter Gountzos and Timothy James Brace as Joint and Several Administrators of United Doors & Frames are seeking urgent expressions of interest for either the recapitalisation of the Company / or the sale of its Business Assets.

- Established brand with over 30+ years of manufacturing high-quality Doors and Frames;
- Extensive and sustainable timber supply chain;
- Industry leading equipment to ensure bespoke product designs;
- Customer database (subject to privacy laws);
- Plant and Equipment (subject to security interests);
- Stock and work in progress;
- Intellectual Property (including company website); and
- Campbellfield and Lilydale leasehold premises (subject to landlord consent).
