Adam commenced with SV Partners in 2005, and now leads a team specialising in Corporate and Personal Insolvency appointments. Adam has had extensive experience in insolvency appointments involving the trading of a business and the subsequent sale or restructure of the business.
Adam has also been involved in a number of personal insolvency appointments requiring the sale of properties or other assets which has resulted in the bankruptcy being annulled, including by negotiation with co-owners or through the appointment of a Statutory Trustee.
Adam is a FIFA certified referee and in his spare time can be seen refereeing matches for Australia’s A League competition, or more recently international matches since his promotion to FIFA’s panel of international referees.
