Matthew is a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland (admitted March 2015) and accountant operating a National practice.
Matthew is a founding member and current leader of SV Voidables and the voidable recovery team (VR Team). Matthew also leads the forensic accounting team in the Brisbane office. Matthew rovides a tailored, flexible and value-based approach to each matter and can even act on speculative terms in appropriate circumstances.
SV Voidables and the VR Team offer nation-wide voidable transaction assistance to creditors and liquidators, with nearly 12 years’ experience operating in the QLD, NSW, VIC and SA jurisdictions. Matthew specialises in voidable transactions, solvency reports and the production of forensic investigation reports.
